Earthquake was a 7 point - felt all the way to Salt Lake. More damage reported in the Seattle area. Seattle/Tacoma airport closed and Amtrack. 12 people hospitalized for now. Portland buildings are still evacuated, but little damage. No information on out lining towns near Seattle. 17, 000 people without power in the Seattle area. Don't call Seattle lines are tied up and needed for emergency calls. Epicenter was about 7 miles out of Olympia 30 miles deep. It was in the Sound. Worst earthquake since 1949 in this area.
