I desperately need a certified copy of a court probate of my uncles will*** Problem ? there was no will, therefore no probate. I have been told to see a lawyer which is good but costly advice. are there any legal eagles who can give me some direction on obtaining something that don't exist?? Jack
Gacie's right. If there was any "real property" then there had to be a probate regardless of the lack of a will. There should be a court record, baring unforeseen circumstances. (o;]>*HUGGLES*<[:o) Billie Walsh The three best words in the English Language: "I LOVE YOU" Pass them on!
