Hi, Jack My late husband had no will but I had to go to court to do the probate thingy anyway. Do you know where and when this happened? If so, you could go to the where and see what you have to prove to get the copy. Or call if you live too far away. If this involves real estate, possibly there is an Affidavit of Heirship on file when the property was sold/transferred. If this was in Oklahoma, possibly the record will be listed on the Oklahoma District Court site at http://www.odcr.com/search.php I have found that using "All Parties" instead of "Plaintiffs and Defendants" will usually list more names.
