    3. Allie I noticed that you were researching Johnson and McCall. I have John Calvin Johnson and wife Molly Ellen Moss. I found them on the 1910 Davidson, Tillman Co census but cannot find them before that. Oldest dau Maggie suppose to have been b. 1889 in OkCty.Molly was said to have been b. Ft Smith 1871. I have Sarah Margaret McCall b. Abbington Va 1868 dau of John McCall and Rebecca Edmondson both b. Va. Does any of this fit into your lines? 2. Marti...your years of caring for and about the OKGenWeb have set the ultimate example for all SCs throughout the Project to follow. You taught us how to research and construct our first Project page almost eight years ago...we now do 23 pages...solely because you had the unending patience and kindness to hold our hands through the first one. It has truly been our privilege to be two of your CCs during much of your journey. Please take care of yourself, and our most sincere wishes for your continued recovery....8-) LaRae and Eireann Kingfisher County - Unassigned Lands - OKReunions LaRae Halsey-Brooks - TimeTrvlrO@aol.com Eireann Brooks - WebEire@aol.com

    3. Things keep changing, time keeps moving. Change is inevitable. Call me old fashioned, call me out of touch. I take longer in change over to get used to new leaders. My expectations for modern times, simple, I'm not moving as fast. I see more of the simple things that others moving fast miss. Modern trends say I'm suppose to be quicker. Through this site, I have come to admire the people I've encountered. They taught me to move at my own pace. From this location, the frozen north, that's probably a good thing. A simple desire to be of service to others out of state, a rare and valuable quality. The remarkable skill and ability to communicate along with the endless friendship, was a refreshing even wonderful exchange of knowledge. This shows my roots ... and ... I don't mean my colored-hair either. Their buried deep in Oklahoma soil. My heart is pining to come home. I was born in Oklahoma. I've missed a lot along with my brick walls located throughout the state. My heart is locked deep in S.E. Oklahoma. Marti, I won't have a chance to make the reunion. I have wanted to meet many of you and in particular, the instrument that kept the site going. As Billie mentioned I wish I could be there in person to congratulate you on being a survivor. A functional survivor at that. God Bless. May the follower in your footsteps have soft tread. Soft enough to not bury the good endeavors under foot but, firm enough to continue a good stride forward. 3. Marti, As I read, re-read and then read again your post a lot of feelings and emotions go through my being. Words however seem to fail me. Things were not always peaceful on Oklahoma Lists. At one time there was a real chance things could have fallen apart. It was mainly thanks to you that we have remained a strong forceful group. You thank us for that. I think we should be thanking you instead. Hey gang! In the past we have had some "get togethers". How about sometime next year we all, or at least all that can, get together to see some of the faces we talk to all the time. And, to have Marti as our gest of honor. Sort of a Thank You for all she has done for the group. (o:]>*HUGGLES*<[:o) Billie Walsh

    3. My last RollCall This will be my last RollCall to assure that everyone is on the submitted list to the Election Committee under the email address you will want to be using for the January 2006 election of your new State Coordinator. I will be stepping down Feb 2, 2006 due to health reasons. I have truely enjoyed working with each of you and believe we have accomplished much in the last 10 years. Turmoil abounded in some states over the years, but I am very proud to say that our state never got itself caught up in that turmoil. Thank each of you once again for that lagacy... I consider each and everyone one of you to be a valuable asset to Oklahoma and to myself. I have made many friends over these 10+ years and am very proud to have been part of this project..
