I was away for some time and when I came back I had 38 emails, which I received just fine. The next day I was unable to get any emails. I contacted gateway and found that I had 3 accounts under the user names herx2, herx3 & helenr. I had been receiving my email under herx1@gateway.net. After spending some time that day with gateway attached to my ear (3 1/2 hours) I was finally able to cancel herx1, herx3 & helenr. I have only one email address which is herx2@gateway.net. This has caused me nothing but problems in that I am unable to unsubscribe from OKGARFIE-D@rootsweb.com. This is not the only subscription that this has happened to. So far by writing to them, as I am to you, they have been able to discontinue herx1@gateway.net and then subscribe me to whatever list it is at the time. I am hoping that you can do the same.
