I agree, we do owe them a lot, our very freedom and our lives! My father, uncles and brother all served! But I also served as a brat of the gov't in Iran before and up to the Revolution. All who have served deserve a thank you today and every day. I see my uncle who has shell shock from Viet Nam and I wonder if we have done our best.
