The main surnames I am researching in Creek Co. are BARNES, WILLIAMS, PENCE, HOLEMAN and MORGAN. The WILLIAMS and PENCE lines were in the old Mannford area around the early 1900s, then the WILLIAMS moved on to the Drumright area in the 40s. The BARNES came to Creek Co. around 1908 and settled in the area south of Olive. The MORGANs came to Oklahoma in the 1890s and also eventually settled in the area south of Olive. My g-g-grandfather, W. Thomas Morgan was married to Lydia Jane Holeman.
