I talked to the school administration office in Bristow. Most of the records for small towns in southern Creek Co.were transferred to Bristow. HOWEVER, they have no idea of where to find the Newby records. As the lady said "Nobody has ever asked about Newby so we probably don't have them." When pursued further, she indicated that she would have no idea of where to start looking. I don't know if these records are considered strictly school records or county records.
