Good morning Lisa! I was wondering if the Bristow library would carry newspaper obits.from the 1940's? I am researching Alonzo Rufus Hicks and his wife, Eliza Hicks. His dob:12-17-1878 dod:5-11-1946. Her info.dob:11-20-1877 dod:9 of 1968.They both are buried at the Cemetery located by the park there in Bristow.I cannot seem to find anything on them, and I was hoping to find an obit on them in the hopes that maybe there would be some information in it that I can use..Their daughter Tina Holt was my grandmother, she passed away in 1995,and she wasn't able to remember much.
