Hi Norma.....I don't know if this little tid bit of info will be helpful or not, but it could possibly be another lead. As a child, (I was raised in Sapulpa) my parents had some friends in Turley, OK which is about 15 miles north of Tulsa which is about 13 miles north of Sapulpa.....anyway, their name was Webber. Charles Webber I believe. They had a son named Pepper (don't know his given name) we always just called him Pepper.....so, you might try locating them through the town of Turley.
