Alisa, I would think that they would be one in the same. It is simply an office that researches all legal records pertaining to the buying or selling of land. The abstract and title companies for the Kellyville area would most likely be in Sapulpa, OK. I don't know about British Columbia, but here you can contact the business and technology centers in any major public library and tell them you are looking for the address and or phone number of any major firm (which would include title companies) in a specific area and they have directories they can look them up for you. I'm not very far from Sapulpa, if you should track down which company it is let me know, I'll see what I can do from this end.
