One of my grandfathers came in about 1915 from Kansas, to work in the oil fields at Drumright; and the other came about the same time from Texas to Oilton for the same reason. Who were your family members in Oilton -- maybe my Dad or Mom have heard of them. Believe me, Oilton still isn't a "booming" town -- but it's a nice little burg! I have a number of family members living there, and only live about 17 miles from there myself. I would enjoy seeing the ariel view that you mentioned in your post. FYI.... My family who came to Drumright was Titus/Albright, and those who came to Oilton were Peden/Lewis.
