My name is Carin Thomas and I am looking for any information on a T. F. Walters. He adopted my great aunt Leona in 1939. They were living at Box 21 Oilton OK then. Her birth name was Leona Allene Silvers but we are not sure if they changed her first name or not. She would have been around 7 or 8 years old.
