    3. Hello everyone - I have a question about the above. Were birth certificates kept on births in the 1920s, and if so, where would they be found? Also, if someone was born at home, would there be a record of that? My father was born in June of 1927, in Drumright, and I was curious to see whether he had a birth certificate on record. Joel & Debbie....a lot of people born in the 20's didn't file birth records when their children were born but when the children became adults ready to draw their social security it was necessary for them to file a delayed birth certificate.
