    2. Hi Everyone! I've got a huge favor to ask! I'm looking for any relatives of James Joshua Randall b.10-10-1877 in Doniphan, Ripley Co, MO d.10-1987. He married a Lilly(Lillie-not sure of the correct spelling) Gaines-I believe her maiden name was Willingham. She was b.10/8/1891 Franklin CO, AL. They lived at Shamrock, Creek CO, Oklahoma and are buried there. Unfortunately, my grandfather passed away without telling us much of anything , I do know that their only child-my grandfather Charlie Randall lived in Drumright for the last 30 years. He had a half-sister named Susie Bell Randall and she married a Theodore Wyckoff , they are both buried in Shamrock, Creek CO, Oklahoma. I would appreciate any kind of information on them! thank you, susie

    3. -------- Original Message -------- From: [email protected] Subject: (no subject) To: [email protected] Hi, My name is Sabrina L. Peart (Kramer) I grew up in Skiatook, Oklahoma and went to Skiatook High. Hello to alumni who might read this. I am looking for John Powers who was my gg-grandfather. He was a boxer...Prizefighter it was called in those days, and was killed in the ring in 1892/93. He had a daughter named Rosa Ethel (Powers)Walls. She is buried in the Oilton Cemetery and there might be some information on her stone, or a John Powers buried nearby. If any one could go do a lookup for me, I'd be so grateful. I don't know John's wife's name at all ... this leaves me stuck. And I don't know anything about John's folk either. Or where he came from. It might mention something on Rosa Ethel Walls death certificate. She died in 1935. I will try to look that up here (here is in Utah) at the Family History Library run by the Mormons here. I am also looking for information on Phillip Adkins who died in Okla. in 1911. His wife Emma died in 1900. I don't know anything about them except that they had a daughter Emma Jane who married my gg-grandfather Bert Kramer (Albert Leonard Kramer) in 1912 in Avard, Woods, OK. and he died in Oklahoma. If you need help from this front -- i.e., lookups at the FHL I'd be happy to exchange services! Thanks, in advance, to all who will read this and put up with me! Ha! Sabrina

    3. Jean, I noticed at the end of your message it had an url for OK cemetaries. I have a photo of an unknown cemetary and I think my grandfather's brother may be buried there. Ray Miller YORK - b. Nov. 1914 died before age 6. Would you know of anywhere I could post this photo in hopes someone may recognize the cemetary? My cousin had the pictures scanned. There are 158 on it and most are of YORK's and STEWART's and most in Oklahoma. I met him because of a query I had posted in Carter CO. rootsweb. I have never met anyone on my bio-father's side and only met my father when I was 15 - barely knew him. This cousin got ahold of me and lo and behold his grandparents were my greatgrandparents! He lives in southern CA and I in northern Idaho, and we've never met. This all happened July 99. Now we are working together over the internet to find our family roots. Just thought you might find it interesting. Rebecca York, n.
