Hello, Does anyone recall a singer or performer in the Lawton Area or elsewhere in OK, that was named Amanda STOVALL, Amanda KILROY, June KILROY, June LOVEJOY ? Family Story has it that Amanda Ethel STOVALL b. Sep 22, 1894 TX, changed her name to either June KILROY or June LOVEJOY, and became an entertainer...that travelled and sung in many places including Hawaii....she played a steel guitar, but I don't know what type of music she played, probably Country Western ? She had a son, name unknown....She married Julian G. KILROY on Dec 28, 1912 OK.....She died in an automobile wreck in San Antonio, TX before 1957.
