My name is Bridget Herring Macomber and I am looking for informtion on the CROW and NIX families in Comanche County. I am looking for more info on William Frederick Nix and his wife Laura Bell Crow. In the cemetery page of the OKGenWeb Comanche County, they had a Crow Family cemetery, near Saddle Mountain, NW of Meers, is this cemetery still there, and are there any tombstones left? William Frederick Nix was b- Oct 25, 1857 to John Henry and Cornelie Ann (Hart) Nix. William married Dec 5, 1882, Laura Bell Crow, the daughter of John and Sarah Bryant Crow. John Crow is said to have been an Indian Cheif. William and Laura had the following children: Luther nix, James Nix, Edna Ruby (Nix) Herring, William Abby Nix, Betty Velma (Nix) Manning, and Johnnie Cecil (Nix). William Frederick Nix died Nov 25, 1938 and Laura died Feb 21, 1935. Can anyone help, I have no places of were they were born, married or died?
