(WILLIAM H.4 LATHAM, STEPHEN R3, ELIJAH2, JEREMIAH1) was born 1860 in Muhlenberg or Greenville, Kentucky, and died February 01, 1939 in Hopkins County, Kentucky. She married JOHN TOM JAMES in Muhlenberg or Todd County, Kentucky. He was born April 06, 1850 in Kentucky, and died 1937 in Oklahoma. Children of PERMELIA LATHAM. and JOHN JAMES are: 2. i. WILLIAM LESLIE6 JAMES, b. Muhlenberg or Todd, Kentucky/Muhlenberg Co., KY. ii. RAYMOND D JAMES, b. 1896, Kentucky; d. Oklahoma; m. RUTH JAMES; b. Kentucky ?. John Tom James is buried in Hugo, Oklahoma next to Permelia's brother Steve Latham and they paid for the graves of Rossie or Rosie James (one source for each spelling) and son Darryl James (died as an infant)
