I'm working it and other Ft Towson bio material up for posting on the county genweb site. Fort Towson's Representative Town Builders Not Boomers, But Wide Awake Citizens Who are in Line for Progress and Prosperity The Ft Towson Enterprise August 11, 1905 - transcribed & contributed by Ron Henson Thomas Fennell Nine years ago the subject of this sketch came to Doaksville, one mile northwest of Fort Towson; from Leadville, Colo., and when the present townsite was established removed here, and is now a permanent citizen. Mr. Fennell is postmaster of Fort Towson, is vice president of the Farmers' Exchange Bank and is a notary public. He owns a home and will immediately begin the construction of a brick building into which he will remove the postoffice. At present he carries a stock of stationery, but contemplates putting in a larger supply when his new building is completed. He is a public spirited citizen and an exceedingly clever gentleman.
