Enumeration district 78 in the '20 census covered quite a bit of ground. One avenue you might explore if no one else comes up with anything, depending on how far north in 78 they lived, could they have been buried in Pushmataha County? Have you checked with the state for a death certificate? In this area it's a bit iffy that one was issued but wouldn't hurt to check if you haven't already. A long shot would be to check with the Prater-Lampton Mills-Coffey funeral home in Hugo. They have the records for many of the old funeral homes in the county. Contact info is on the county website.
