He owned the "City Hotel" which was a two story white building close to the railroad track. (about 1 block from where the Chamber of Commerce is now). I cannot find any information on his death. Wiley had a wife, Elizabeth, and several children. His daughter, Teria, married Robert Franklin HERMAN on January 2, 1902 in Hugo. Could anyone help me find out when he died and where he is buried? However, since R.H. Skeen was Cicero's uncle, I thought I would see if I could locate something on him. I have found him ( R.H. Skeen) in the IGI, but the only info there is: SKEEN, R.H. married LYDIA A. CRAVEN on 16 August 1864 in Randolph County, N. C. At least that will give you a place to begin looking. If you would like the listings of SKEEN's that were in Randolph Co.N. C., let me know and I will send that info to you . The only listing I found in the Oklahoma IGI was : SKEEN, BITHA married 1892 to CHARLES EDWARD EPPLER at Tishomingo, Johnston Co., Ok.
