Good Morning My Fellow Listers, Does anyone know anything about another cemetery that was call The Stick Ross Graveyard? At least that is what my grandfather said it was called. I am not sure if that was really the name or if he called it that because there was a lot of the Ross family buried there. This cemetery was on the southeast side of Tahlequah. I don't know the name of the road, but it was on the route used to go to the Union School. As a matter of fact the place where we live was on Stick Ross Mountain. There again I doubt if it was ever called that on any maps, but I could be wrong. Ahhh! Memories of the good ol' days when life was simpler. Who needs running water, inside plumbing and electricity??????? Cecil At 05:02 PM 09/02/2000 +0000, you wrote: >I believe that I have a Jones family there.
