If anyone has the 1890 (I know some were destroyed) and the 1900 census for Pontotoc Co, or town of York, Indian Territory, could you see if there is a Joseph F. York and any one listed with him. He was the first (maybe only) postmaster for York, OK. (p.o. from 1894 to 1914). I'd bet the F. in his name stands for Frank as it is a popular York family name.
