I know my grgrandfather wife and kids moved on in 1925 but I know a lot stayed. Joseph? YORK - first postmaster of YORK, I.T., OK from 1894 - 1914 (my grgrgrandfather) his son: General Jackson YORK - b. 1875 AL. lived in Carter Co. until 1925 another son: Lee O? YORK lived in Carter Co. until at least 1925 Joseph had at least 6 other children, I don't have names for yet. I don't know his wife's name yet either. I have STEWART's in south central OK also.
