He served in the Civil War with the Missouri State Guard and died March 3, 1917 in the Confederate Home in Ardmore. He was an early day harness maker in Ardmore (Indian Territory). His wife's name was Susan and they had at least 4 children, possibly 5 - John, Ben who died in April 1957, Zella who died in February 1946 and Josie who died in May 1939. Does anyone have any information on this family. Apparently they also lived in Texas and Arkansas prior to moving to Ardmore. I would be most appreciative of any information. Thank you.
