Josiah W. born 1816 to James Brackeen his father William. Josiah is my ggrandfather I am in his daug line Nancy Mish Brackeen Swain (AKA Nanny.Nannie, Nomie) took a year to figure her death record. She was oncensus records as Nancy and Nanny. Finally aFrom a funeral home found death record listed as Nomie Swain with the right parents and right husband. It is great to find new family.
