Perhaps your Fred is one of the syblings? I do not have Lamb's in my direct line. As shown in the obit, the Lamb family was well thought of around the Healdton community. Where is your grandmother buried? Robin Death Notice Heart Attack is Fatal Deward Lamb Deward Lamb, member of a well known pioneer Southern Oklahoma family, died unexpectedly of a heart attack at Artesia NM Tuesday where he was visiting relatives, en route to his home at San Diego, Calif. He had visited his brother, Coy Lamb at Wilson, Friday, and had visited other relatives and friends during the weekend. His body is being returned to Healdton for funeral Saturday at 2p.m. in the first Baptist Church. His parents are buried here. His father was an early day Circuit Rider preacher in this area and the Lamb children were reared in the Healdton-Zanies community. Rev. Frank D. Sears will conduct the service Saturday. Lamb and his wife, Lillie, the former Miss Lillie Reeves, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Blackie Reeves, were visiting in the home of her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Freeman Bray at Artesia. He was employed here at one time in the Abels Machine Shop. surviving are his wife, Lillie, of the home, at San Diego; tow daughters and one son, David with the U.S. Army in Germany; also a number of brothers and sisters.
