In 1910, he is shown on the Garvin Co. census living with his wife, Fannie and 3 of their children, Clarence 5, Florence 4, and Ollie 1. Thomas Underwood was a Choctaw indian and is listed on Dawes Roll. On his indian enrollment he list his father's name as Thomas Underwood and his mother's name as Harriet (last name unknown). On this application he is living with his half- brother, Alex Davis. His Indian land was in Carter Co. Fannie died and in 1914, Thomas Underwood married Lucy Ann Williams (my grandmother).
