Smith and my stepmother, Bessie Anthony. Both lived in Ardmore(Carter County). My father worked for a gentleman named Ritter in a bike repair shop as a mechanic. He met and married Bessie Anthony a local woman with numerous family members, some of whom may still live there(or their decedents) Roy Smith, born in 1901 moved to Ardmore approximately 1941-42. Both were members of an Assembly of God Church (Faith Tabernacle as I recall) I lost touch with them in the early 60's after I moved out of the United States for a number of years and they had moved when I returned to the US. Any assistance given will be greatly appreciated even tho' I belive my father(and perhaps Bessie as well) may have passed away by now. Thank you. Bill
