Hi list, I just joined you, & hope you can solve some mystery's for me. My name is Bob Kunau, & I am researching the Gee line of my family tree. My GGrandfather was Charles Robert Gee, & would have been in the Healdton area before 1823 when he died of an auto accident in Fox. His wife was named Mary Ann Gee, & was supposed to have had the Gee Hotel. My Grandmother was born 1909 (?) & attended the 6th grade in Healdton, I have her report card for that grade. On the 1920 census of Carter County, OK., Mary Ann is listed as living with a Giles I. Gee as his wife, & my Grandmother (Opal May Gee), her sister Dimple Margurite Gee, & brother Raymond Robert Gee as being his children. Something drastic must have happened there, because nobody there will talk about it. Please if anybody can help I would greatly appreciate it. I lived in Healdton in 1956 when my father was working for Halaburton, but my time was consumed with the wonders of school instead of the important things l! ike Genealogy.
