They were related to the last Sheriff of Day Co., Indian Territory, OK 1907, Anzley ELLIS by the marriage of Isabella SMALLWOOD, dau of Hezekiah ( son of Elizabeth ) and Ansley Kansas ELLIS. Anzley's father was Levi Jackson ELLIS and Levi was a brother of Ansley Kansas ELLIS Also, I'd like to know how the Sr. and Jr. got started because it looks like Sr. ( son if Elizabeth ) was the son of Hesekiah ( Hezekiah (husband of Elizabeth) ) SMALLWOOD. That would make them I, II, and III if true. Any guesses?
