Journal Monday September 16, 1968 Page 3 Emily L. Kirby, 90, Services Pending Funeral services are pending at the Allen Mortuary for Emily L. Kirby, 90, of Delhi, who died this morning in a local hospital, following an extended illness. A native of Texas, Mrs. Kirby had lived in Delhi since 1948 and was a member of the Delhi Church of Christ. Survivors include two daughters, Winnie Owens, South Carolina and Jessie Vernon, Oregon; a brother, William Cain of Wilson, OK and a sister, Molly Driskill of Ryan, OK. and 12 grandchildren.
