Dave, May I suggest a couple of items you may want to check into that will probably prove the parents of Barton Moore. 1. He is listed on the Social Security Death Index as Barton Moore. Go to Ancestry.com on the internet. There is a place to generate of form for ordering a copy of the SS Card Application. The cost is $7. and sometime it takes weeks to receive but sometime it comes in a short period of time. The application tells where the individual was born, names of both parents,etc. 2. You might also send for his death certificate. You can also look up the address for ordering from Austin on the internet. I DO NOT HAVE A MOORE LINE, but I'm full of advise. Hope this helps.
