Shirk The following is listed for Brock,OK, In Carter County, 7 miles Southwest of Ardmore. A postoffice from September 15, 1896, to October 31, 1954. Named for Smith Brock, prominent Chickasaw. My parents were married at Brock,OK in April, 1939,there is some of the Brock family still living in the area. Hope this has helped. VLW
