I lived at Fox/Ratliff City for 17 years and I never heard of this. Could it be FREEO Cemetery? I thought someone might know. Also if there was a wooden shelter, then four years later there was a new tombstone placed inside a ring of flat stones. Could this be an Oklahoma project of replacing headstones, or do you think there could be a relative still living there? The name I am seeking is Dinnah Pruitt. Married name could be Whaley.
