I finished high school there in 1961. Gaither isn't that common of a name. Finley is a name that tied into the Daniel Boone tree. I know some Boone descendents made it to TX / OK, as did some Finleys. There was a Finley family in Hopkins CO, TX in ~1880. Details I do not know. Anyway, this might help. I believe the 1900 and 1910 census's are posted on one of these forums. Jimmy
