They were very kind to me as a child and their teenaged daughter Roberta petted and "played" (babysat??)with me when I was very small. She was the only child in that family that I knew of, unless she had an older bro or sis that I never saw. Mrs. HEFLEY was an elegant and gracious "Southern Lady". Roberta went away to college, married (did know her md. name but have forgotten) and moved back to TN or VA. >>>>The HEFLEYs had a cat named "Peaches", we mustn't forget about him!!! The other HEFLEY family, I did not know as well..James HEFLEY; I was only slightly acquainted with his daughter, Jamie, who was four or five years older than me. Jamie also was a very sweet person.
