Do you have any records of him, His dad was Robert J. Price, mother was Melissa Jane Carlton. His dad was with the Anti horse thieft association, and was a marshal, He put the first white man in jail in tocumpsi, Ok.not sure how it was spelled but the county was Potawatomie.
