Born 1830 in Mississippi and moved to the Oklahoma reservation prior to being 9 yrs of age. Went back from Texas to the Carter County area between 1880 until his death about 1897. Is there anything, anywhere that might help me find where he was buried or any info on the Barkers in the Carter area. One son married a girl by the name of Hanks whos family also lived in the area.
