Name misspelled on Headstone as M. A. Parker. He is my great-grandfather, but I can not find any information about him other than having his name on the marriage license application of my grandfather, Roy J. Parker. I am trying to find info on Marion so that I can try to find his father. Marion was married to a S.F. (Sarah Francis) Tullis from Texas. My aunt said that she thought Marion was born in Missouri then moved to Carter County. I know he was living there as early as 1912 because that's when grandpa was born. Any information that you can give will be of great help as I have hit a brick wall with Marion. It's as if he didn't exist. My aunt said she thought his father's name may have been Joe or Joseph, who could have had a half brother, Jim Parker, who was supposed to be half Choctaw Indian. None of this we have proof of.
