I do know that Love county has the records for some of the cemeteries in Love County which is right next to Carter. I also know that Carter has alot of old records of different types. Also one of the Libraries in Ardmore have the old Ardmorites and you might be able to find their obits. The Ardmorite is also in the Archives in Oklahoma City if that would be closer. Did you just get the dates from the funeral home? Our funeral home has alot of information on the sheets they use, sometimes even the obit. Maybe if someone lived in Ardmore they might check out the papers for you. I don't know if the Ardmoreite does that or not.
