A sincere Thank You to all. First, for allowing me to vent my frustrations at your expense, and second, for all the really supportive replies that were received since last night. I printed the majority of them and took them to work today. You folks should have seen the faces of my co-workers as they read the responses. Every one's spirits were lifted, we forgot our worries and faced the new day with a renewed since of pride in what we were doing for our customers. Please forgive me for not answering each of you personally. The first message was sent to 4 lists and the response was overwhelming.
