Hello, My information shows Gene Autry was Lou, located in sections 13 & 24 of range 3S 2E. It shows Berwyn as being in section 19 of range 3S 3E. You are right!!! I messed up!!! Actually section 19 3S 3E is adjacent to section 24 3S 2E. So it seems it had 3 different names. Bill

    3. Jamie, We were living in Admore at that time and we think it was 1940 or 1941. My husband went into the airforce in 1942 and it was before that. We rode the special train up there for the affair. Hope this helps. 1. [OKCARTER] Henry WRIGHT, my mysterious great grandfather.......
    2. Hello I am looking for someone who lives in or near Ardmore, OK (Carter Co) who might be able to find some info for me. Henry WRIGHT was living in Ardmore in 1935 (a son, Otto and a daughter, Emma WRIGHT WILLIAMS also resided in Ardmore in 1935) - after that, I have no idea. He would have been about 68 that year. As far as I know, he could be buried near there but I haven't a death date. I would really appreciate it if someone there could check with voter registration and/or old juror applications to see if they have any info on him - date/place of birth, something. I can't seem to make any progress on him. In his younger days, it was my understanding, he worked the oil fields - is Ardmore an oil town? I need help! Thank you in advance Julia Washington State Researching: THOMPSON, WRIGHT (Henry WRIGHT m. Diance Matilda THOMPSON)

W. A. The records of the Marsden Freemason have been transferred to Long Grove I have written to them twice but they do not bother to answer my letter. Ardmore was very kind and they did verify that the Mardsden Records were at Long Grove. Any idea if any of the records of the Democrat Club still exist.
