I agree with Marti, and Mike. We need to do something, but let's try to be nice to the volunteers. I know that one time, I lost my computer, and did not know what was going on or how to contact anyone. Most of that problem I think is taken care of now, with the address and phone number thing. I suppose that there will be exceptions for those that get in touch, and let Marti know that there is some sort of problem. Ann
