Hi group :) On the heels of the message about missing cc's, we need to set a standard in our state concerning missing cc's and placing their counties for adoption. The following has been suggested - input and opinions please. > Maybe there should be a standing rule about absentee's from the OKGenWeb. > If a county coordinator cannot be reached within 30 days, then the rule > would be that the county would be put up for adoption. IMHO, 30 days is sufficient for a cc to contact either myself or Megan and let us know they are experiencing a problem. My thinking is - three messages [sent weekly] to the cc that go unanswered should be followed up by a phone call the fourth week IF there is still have no response. IF no contact can be made with reasonable effort, then the county should be placed for adoption. Next thought - if the cc makes contact after the county has been placed for adoption and the county has been adopted that county remains with the new cc. - anyone - thoughts or opinions? Marti
