I still receive and answer query requests the "oldfashioned" way... by e-mail. While it is sometimes a lot of work, I find that it gives me a more personal relationship with the people who visit the page and also gets me lookup volunteers, bios, and tidbits about the counties. This last one is important to me, as I haven't lived in OK since I was 2.... and that's a very long time!
