Hi all -- The OKBios Board is ready for posting. It is set up as a read only board to keep others not entering from the book from posting. Contact me individually for the necessary information to input the information. OKBios Board http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Ok/OkBios Which, if either of these formats did we decide on? http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Ok/Unknown this one seems more appropriate for the subject line GIVEN SURNAME as used in the book Is there an index in book 1 or 5? anyone know? We should mention when a photo is found in the book. As stated previously - Nancy of GenConnect said she would put a blurb at the top of the page with book information. Is the following from Vol. 3 sufficient? Does any of the other volume has something different? Joseph B. Thoburn, "A Standard History of Oklahoma," 5 volumes (Chicago:The American Historical Society, 1916) An Authentic Narrative of its Development from the Date of the First European Exploration down to the Present Time, including Accounts of the Indian Tribes, both Civilized and Wild, of the Cattle Range, of the Land Openings and the Achievements of the most Recent Period Ronda, Linnie, and Harriette each have a copy of one volume and Gordon has copies of all 5 volumes. I have copy of Vol. 3 which is the same as Linnie's. Marti
