I'm wondering what the requirements are for establishing a township. There is a guy in Rogers County who is claiming to have established his own town. I'm wanting to know how this is possible. His actions are affecting the lives of those who live near him and naturally these people want to know if he has the legal right to do these things without any kind of consideration or consent from them.
