Someone submitted to your personally or did they submit it to the county coordinator of Beckham Co. Are you using the okgenweb Beckham Co. site to harvest info for the archives? I think that the decision is not yours but the submitters, as the archives state that you have to have permission to post info to the archives. I've heard of archivist also harvesting information from county boards and adding to their archives page and according to the guidelines of the archives, this practice is also against their guidelines being that do not have permission from the person that submitted the information.
