I get questions about things that are clearly posted on the index page. THEY WON"T LOOK! They want to be spoon fed the info. I will get a question and I will answer it 10 ways from Sunday so there will be no confusion and I will get an immediate reply that asks the question that was just answered. They will not even read the emails completely! There is an incredible amount of information on my county website not counting all the links to other websites. I have a friend that told me one night he was just going to try and see everything that was on the website. He said he gave up after 3 hours. NO CLUE is exactly how to describe some of these people.
